Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellations made 60 or more days before check-in receive a full refund, minus a $50 admin fee.
Cancellations made 30–59 days before check-in receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount, or full credit toward another available stay within 12 months (one-time transfer only).
Cancellations made 14–29 days before check-in receive a 25% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.If we are able to rebook your stay, we may refund additional amounts, minus any price difference and a $50 admin fee.
Ferry & Weather PolicyIf ferry service to Texada Island is cancelled due to severe weather, mechanical breakdown, or an official service disruption preventing arrival, guests may choose either a full refund or a transfer of their booking to another available date within 12 months.
Refunds or credits will not be given for missed ferries due to late arrival, missed sailing times, overbooked ferries, or personal travel delays. Guests are responsible for planning adequate travel time and ferry reservations where applicable.
Additional TermsCleaning fees, pet fees, and add-ons are refundable only if the booking qualifies for cancellation under the terms above.
No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
